Day 3: Torso Shapes & Lines

In this lesson I'm teaching 3 simple exercises to help you find fluidity in creating torso shapes and lines. The lesson is quick but effective. If you repeat these exercises on a regular basis, you'll find greater flexibility, rhythm, and flow in movements of the torso. For optimal results, I recommend repeating the flow portion 3-5 times.

As with all lessons in this course, I recommend you first watch the theory video where I explain how to perform each exercise correctly, and then follow along with the flow video.
