Day 1: Core & Back Strength

Welcome to your first lesson of this course!

This first class includes exercises for strengthening your core and back. I've chosen to target these areas first, because they are literally the center of all movements.

I encourage you to have a yoga mat, blanket, or sheepskin as we will be doing many of these exercises on the floor.

As with all lessons in this course, I recommend you first watch the theory video where I explain how to perform each exercise correctly, and then follow along with the flow video.
